EVERYTHING COUNTS: Copenhagen Studios & 032c Readytowear

For 032c Readytowear’s Spring/Summer 2025 collection EVERYTHING COUNTS, we collaborated with the German footwear brand Copenhagen Studios on a pair of embellished slides.

Inspired by the succulence of a steak dashed with salt and pepper, the Copenhagen x 032c slides are adorned with glass stones, sequins, and pearls. The resulting shoe is at once inconspicuous and capable of glimmering with movement. Paired with everything from a waxy leather janker and cargo pants to a car coat and oversized sweatpants, the embroidered shearling slides appeared on seven looks throughout the show, crystallizing the transitional and seasonal nature of EVERYTHING COUNTS. In the spirit of genuine collaborative dialogue, the shoes were produced by Copenhagen Studios, then hand beaded in the 032c atelier between Paris and Berlin.

In addition to appearing on the runway, the slides were worn to the show by fashion editor and model Veronika Heilbrunner and 032c Readytowear creative director Maria Koch. They also appeared alongside SS-25 pieces in a shoot on the streets of Paris with rapper and producer Reese Laflare. The SS-25 slides are merely the beginning of an ongoing collaboration between Copenhagen Studios and 032c Readytowear.
