We offer free shipping on all orders over 300 EUR in Germany and over 350 EUR worldwide.

Final shipping costs are calculated at checkout – fees may vary according to package destination and weight.

NOTE: Shipping companies charge all import sales taxes, customs duties, and handling charges separately for each country. Customers are responsible for any banking charges that may be incurred for international orders. In the case of a return, customs duties, import sales taxes, and handling charges cannot be refunded.

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that you ship the item within 14 days from the date it was delivered to you.

  • Products must be returned in their original condition, with original tags and packaging.
  • ALL returns and exchanges must be registered here!
  • International customers can return parcels using any postal service. Until they arrive to us, please keep all proof of dispatch.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are typically processed and credited to the original method of payment within 5 working days.

Please note that your return may be affected during peak periods (e.g. holidays, sale and new releases).

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs of returning an item. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (i.e. €5 Germany, €15 EU, and €25 International).

We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you believe you haven’t promptly received a requested refund, please check your bank account once again. If your bank account still doesn’t show the refund, please contact your credit card company. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only exchange items for the same item in a different size. To exchange an item for another size of the same item, please register here. If you want to exchange an item for a different item, please return the item for a refund, then place a new order.

Socks and underwear are exempt from refund or exchange for hygienic reasons. Gift cards and discounted items are also non-refundable.
