In Angela Carter’s The Bloody Chamber (1979), women are both sleeping beauties and their own saviors. In Carter’s world, where familiar fairytales are retold through a gothic lens, passive heroines are transformed into women who awaken to their own desires. They inhabit the threshold between dream and reality, between innocence and awakening.
It is within this liminal space that 032c interpreted KIKO Milano’s newly launched makeup collection, Lumiverse. The collection is a tribute to radiance and rebirth, imagining an extraterrestrial realm where beauty knows no boundaries.

Shot in an uncanny, almost otherworldly environment, The Lamb Must Learn to Run With the Tigers reflects Carter’s heroines—figures who exist between sleeping and waking.
