Bartram joins the team with immediate effect, succeeding Marc Goehring in the role.
Bartram (b. 2001) began his career as a teenager, assisting stylists in his native Copenhagen. He broke out of the Danish fashion scene working with such clients as Kanye West, whose recent “Heaven and Hell” video owes what Vogue called its “futuristic/apocalyptic” aesthetic to the young stylist. “Ras is the kind of incredible creative force that you rarely encounter,” says 032c founder and editor-in-chief Joerg Koch. “We couldn’t be more excited to begin this new era with him on the masthead.” As 032c fashion director, Bartram will work closely for the magazine and ready-to wear, styling for both the print magazine and collection campaigns in a “unique and integrated way,” says Koch.
Goehring departs after serving as 032c fashion director since 2018. “We are grateful to Marc for the last four years of collaboration,” says Koch.
Bartram will debut as 032c fashion director for the magazine’s 41st edition, launching in early May 2022, and will style the 032c ready-to-wear show in Paris in June.
