BILLIE EILISH emerged from SoundCloud and made her way to pop stardom, her 2019 album When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go? debuting atop the Billboard 200 and becoming the best-performing album of 2019 in the US. The 18 year old singer and songwriter already has five Grammy awards and a James Bond theme song under her belt, dropped a clothing collection with Takashi Murakami, campaigned for teen mental health, and appeared in campaigns for MCM and Calvin Klein.

Founded in 2000, Telekom Electronic Beats – a Europe-wide electronic music marketing platform – has been around longer than Billie Eilish. In a new podcast (their 50th) dropping here on 032c.com – recorded remotely as both Europe and Billie’s home state of California grapple with the restrictions imposed by strict social distancing measures – Billie speaks about alone time, the power of ‘no’ and the joy of Pitbulls. “I’m in the prime time of my life right now,” she tells Electronic Beats, “and I don’t want to be missing out on it.”
