For the opening of our inaugural retail shop, we have invited S.R. STUDIO. LA. CA. to install a new capsule collection of clothing within our 032c Workshop. Returning to classic silhouettes from the workwear uniform, these monochromatic pieces are reimagined in a signature reverse mineral wash. Deep pine grove fades to a bright lime green, unifying the clothing and underscoring the label's commitment to textile experimentation. Alongside THERAPIST BOOTS and OBJECTS, these garments hang from a chrome fixture specially designed for the 032c Workshop. This fixture shares a language with Sterling Ruby's MOBILE works, both in its materiality and kinetic potential.
S.R. STUDIO. LA. CA. launched in 2019, with its first spread featured in 032c Issue #36, photographed by Eli Russel Linnetz. This installation marks another moment of dialogue between 032c and Sterling Ruby, which has spanned ten years.
